72-Day Adult Baseball Pitchers Thirty Pound Wrist Weight Recoil Interval-Training Cycle

     After adult baseball pitchers complete my 280-Day Adult Baseball Pitchers Interval-Training Programs, to continue to increase the force that they apply to their pitches and to increase, not only their ability to recover from competitive pitching, but to also increase the number of pitches that they can throw at their highest intensity, I recommend that baseball pitchers complete my Recoil Interval-Training Cycles.   The seventh of these Recoil Interval-Training Cycles is my Thirty Pound Wrist Weight Recoil Interval-Training Cycle.

     After their competitive season, because I want my baseball pitchers to continue their training, I designed several Recoil Interval-Training Cycles.   Because I believe that baseball pitchers reach a point of diminishing returns with regard to the improvement they gain relative to the effort they expend, I stop increasing the weight of the wrist weights at thirty pounds and the weight of the iron balls at fifteen pounds.   Thereafter, I recommend that, during their ensuing off-seasons, baseball pitchers simply keep repeating my Thirty Pound Wrist Weight and Fifteen Pound Iron Ball Recoil Interval-Training Cycles.

     Because both my 72-Day Thirty Pound Wrist Weight Recoil Interval-Training Cycle and competitive baseball pitching stresses the muscles that decelerate the baseball pitching arm, I recommend that adult baseball pitchers also complete my 72-Day Fifteen Pound Iron Ball Recoil Interval-Training Cycle at least thirty days before they have to report to spring training.   Otherwise, I recommend that they complete my 72-Day Thirty Pound Wrist Weight Recoil Interval-Training Cycle at least sixty days before they have to report to spring training.
